We all blog about life in general, life as a mom/wife/pancreas, and how life with diabetes affects us all....in very different ways, yet with a common thread running through it all. I'm ever so thankful to have my support group and blogging mama friends to keep me (mostly) sane!
Thanks, Wendy, for the photo....my camera is still being most uncooperative. :P~~~~~~~, camera!
I'm so blessed to have you guys in my life. I just don't know where I'd be without your friendship. (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteHaha! I look superimposed into that picture. I second what Wendy said! We are all so lucky to have each other!
ReplyDeleteYou girls are so lucky to have each other! How close do you all live to one another?
ReplyDeleteGreat picture!!!!
Laura,
ReplyDeleteWe are spread out over...I don't know, about 30 miles or so? We're all probably within 30-45 minutes of each other. You're right; we are all very fortunate to have one another. It's so wonderful to have a group of people to bounce questions and ideas off of, and who *get it*. It's a wonderful thing that has come out of something as un-wonderful as having a child with diabetes.
Leigh, you just look lots taller! :)
How great to have a support group! I am so glad to have met the mom of an older child at school who is diabetic.
ReplyDeleteI just launched a new blog called D-Mom Blog, which I hope is a resource to other parents of diabetic children. I hope to develop relationships with more parents.
(I've included you in my blogroll already.)
